I love fall! It is my favourite season as it is sweater weather and it is beautiful outside with all of the leaves changing colour. It also means fall craft sales, Halloween and Christmas shopping! It is my absolute favourite!
Today was the WEST sale in Winnipeg which is the Manitobal etsy team that I am a member of. The sale was fabulous as it was full of handmade and vintage sellers. I love going to these sales to get one of a kind handmade pieces as you know that care and thought went into creating each one as compared to the mass produced store items. I started my Christmas shopping at it while I was also set up as a vendor. There are only 73 days till Christmas so it was a great time to get some gifts to set aside.
I really enjoy the atmosphere of the fall sales as although it is only October there is still a little bit of the Christmas season in the air. I am clearly my mother's daughter as I love Christmas. My favourite salers are the craft sales with Christmas carols playing and the smells of cinnamon and pine in the air! I can not wait till my next sale in November as both of those will be present.
